Osmani Simanca is a Cuban-born cartoonist working in Brazil for A Tarde newspaper. He was a winner of the 2010 Ranan Lurie/U.N. Political Cartoon Awards, given by the United Nations Correspondents Association and the U.N. Society of Writers and Artists. His cartoons are syndicated internationally by Cagle Cartoons.
